We are getting ready to break ground for this new free standing Jeep store. This will be a Jeep owner’s paradise complete with nearly 10,000 square feet of space with a Jeep hill display and a dedicated retail shop for Jeep branded merchandise.

Efficiency Eludes the Construction Industry
The article from a recent issue of The Economist hits the harsh realities of efficiency and productivity within the construction industry right on the head. According to the article, the U.S. has over 730,000 construction firms each employing 10 associates. Relying heavily on subcontractors and other providers, construction costs in many cases are passed on to the end client / occupant. Reading the article restores our belief that the most efficient and cost effective projects are protected by a good Owner’s Rep and their team.
2017 Waste Management Phoenix Open Eclipses Record-Breaking $10 Million Mark For Local Charities
Congratulations to the Thunderbirds and the 2017 Waste Management Phoenix Open for raising over $10,000,000 for local charities. This is the first time in tournament history the event eclipsed the $10 million mark. Mark your calendars for January 29th - February 4th of 2018 to attend next year's event.
